Cambiando mi estado / Changing my (E)state. 2005-09

The military grades are located in the cap and the epaulettes. I gave the continuity of a comet to the star that illustrates the man’s military level, inspired by a poem written by him.The utilized epaulettes are the ones that this “military man” wore.
When I built this piece, this Mr. was a Major, he was ascended to Lieutenant Colonel later.

I wantTo pass by and not be seen
To shine and be confused 
To scream and not be heard
To see things, another way
To have a home in the heights
To be a stone full of water
I want
To sleep on duty nights
To get lost on working days
That’s it, get lost.
