Medal for a hero:

The Star's of Gold medal is the maximum distinction that the State grants. Those that receive it are, in general National Heroes of the Homeland.

My new medal, the Shooting Star of Gold, contains the same fleetingness of the act of honouring and to be honoured, and at the same time to remain in the memory of a nation.
